Practical Business English Program [PBE]
General Information
Program Requirements
- Minimum 12 weeks
- Advanced or Proficiency level
- Intensive English during PBE preparation (4weeks)
- General English during PBE placement (8weeks)
- 85% attendance
- Attendance must be maintained in order to receive a certificate
Seminar preparation: 4 weeks
- Seminars start every other Tuesday

- Time: 5:50pm
- Covers resume and interviewing skills

Placement : 8 weeks
- Choose three fields of interest
- 1 to 2 week wait for placement confirmation
- 12-16 hours/week (to be completed either before or after your classes)
- Placements in small companies for more personalized experience
- Consist of office work (filing, copying, etc…)
- Offers experience in an English speaking environment
